By submitting this application, I authorize Bella Notte, its representatives and agents, to investigate all statements and representations contained within this employment application and/or accompanying resume, including a background check into my employment history, educational verification, and felony conviction record. I understand that part or all of the background investigation may be conducted by an independent or outside agency.
I understand that any misrepresentation or material omission made by me on this application will be sufficient cause for cancellation of this application or immediate termination of employment if I am employed, whenever the misrepresentation or omission may be discovered.
I also understand that if I am employed, I will be required to provide satisfactory proof of identity and legal work authorization within three days of my hire date, and at any time during my employment. Failure to submit such proof within the required time will result in immediate termination of employment.
By signing this document below, I am releasing any and all persons, companies, or others from any liability whatsoever for this purpose.
Further, I understand that any future employment with Tomato Express is for no specific or definite period of time, that the employment application does not represent a verbal or written contract between Tomato Express and myself, and that, if offered employment with Tomato Express I remain employed solely at the will of Tomato Express and may be terminated
at any time, for any reason or for no reason with or without notification.
